Payment can be made by cheque, credit card or BACS. Course Bookings/Reservations All bookings/reservations are subject to the above standard terms and conditions. Failure to Show Any trainee failing to attend a course will still reflect a bona-fide booking, the fee of which will be subjected to our standard terms and conditions. Transfers and Cancellations In the event a candidate is transferred to another course or cancelled altogether, an admin fee of 25% of the full course fee will be incurred, unless the course start date is within 10 working days in which case the full course fee will apply. Multiple-day courses:The following applies to multiple-day courses such as the two-day Paediatric course, 3-day First Aid at Work (FAW) or the two-day FAW Requalification course and any other multiple-day courses not mentioned here: In the event a candidate is unable to attend the second or subsequent days of the course, the full course fee is payable and is not refundable. The London First Aid Training Company are unable to issue certificates to people who have not attended the required number of days. Candidates who have not attended the required number of days need to rebook another course. The full price will be payable. On-site Courses: An on-site course date may be transferred or cancelled altogether and an admin fee of 25% of the full course fee will be incurred unless the course date is within 10 working days in which case the full course fee will apply. Certificates: We reserve the right not to issue certificates where an invoice remains unpaid. Requests for copy certificates must be made in writing and are subject to an administration charge of £10.00. Right of Admission: The London First Aid Training Company reserves the right to refuse admission to any trainee exhibiting unruly or anti-social behavior to either its staff or other trainees. Any such incident will result in the immediate removal of the offending party Course Timings & Attendance: Trainees must adhere to timings as stipulated on the course joining instructions. Failure to attend and participate in any part of the course will result in the trainee's removal from the final examination (where applicable). Fitness to Attend: Trainees placed on any of these courses must be free from any ailment, condition or injury that will affect their ability to participate during the practical aspects of the course. Refresher Training: Trainees placed on the refresher course must be in possession of a valid HSE-approved certificate. Force Majeur: The London First Aid Training Company cannot be held responsible for any incident or occurrence outside its control that affects the provision of any given course date, course forecast, course content or course timing, and/or including cancellation, amendment or re-scheduling. Where a course content or course timing has to be amended/cancelled/re-scheduled for whatever reason, The London First Aid Training Company will make every reasonable effort to make alternative arrangements.
